REFUNDS POLICY
After receiving your complain and inspection the condition of your item, we will process your case. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

SHIPPING POLICY
All items are pre-ordering, so we will confirm you the shipping date and estimated receiving date to you
For shipping by Express Mail Service(EMS) which it cost 60 bath. it will take 2-3 days to your location. In case of delayed delivery we will ship the replacement to you and you don’t have to pay anything.
If you prefer shipping by delivery providers such as Grab, Lalamove you have to pay for the delivery fee when you receive the item.
